What is CXOS?

CXOS is a cutting-edge, integrated platform designed to enable clients to launch their own telco operations rapidly, positioning them as an Ideal Digital Mobile Operator (IDMO). CXOS seamlessly integrates digital Business Support Systems (BSS), customer engagement tools, user experience enhancements, marketing technologies, and data analytics into a unified SaaS platform.

  • Website/Customer App: The customer-facing interface delivers an intuitive and engaging digital e-commerce experience. Customers can onboard themselves by purchasing products, managing their accounts, and accessing services such as SIM replacement, all in a seamless environment that prioritises ease of use and satisfaction.
